Never heard of AcroYoga or Aerial Arts?

AcroYoga is a physical practice that combines yoga with acrobatics.  Aerial is a form of acrobatic movement which incorporates our 25 foot high silks to perform tricks, flips, stretches, and exercises.  AcroYoga and Aerial both provide many physical and mental health benefits. In addition to the exercise and strength building aspects of AcroYoga and Aerial, the partner balancing can improve concentration and the movement elements can provide stress relief.  This practice is for everybody!

SUP Yoga Class in Liberty Station

SUP Yoga -  Flow through a series of Asanas ( yoga poses) while connecting to your breath on your floating yoga mat. Let go of your busy day and float with us.  Every class begins with an  intro lesson to paddle boarding,  followed by a short paddle where we begin to connect with our breath and with nature.  Where else can you practice yoga while gazing at the blue sky and  listen as the birds become your choir?  Be enveloped by mother nature and the sounds of bliss.  Come float your yoga practice and chase the sun!
