NATALIE SIEGLER

My passion is to help others find their true potential and obtain whatever fitness goals they have set.  I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals with specialized workout/nutrition plans, education and motivational coaching.   I’m always excited to see my clients succeed, be it weight loss, running a half-marathon, or simply to get healthy…. After working in the Health & Fitness field for 13 yrs, I continue to thrive on helping others work towards and reach their goals in San Diego.  With my experience, I hope to motivate, educate & inspire the members here at Point Loma Sports Club.

JESSICA RUBIN

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up as a nationally ranked competitive figure skater, I learned at a young age the importance of living an active lifestyle. My fascination for health and fitness eventually led me to pursue becoming immersed in the fitness industry through training and instructing. Since the age of 16 I have been leading various fitness classes and group exercise formats. My passion is to make exercise fun and accessible to anyone and everyone who wishes to better their health and life. My training specialty lies in balance and coordination using various methods such as yoga, aerial silks, and functional movement. 

It brings me great joy to be a part of the wonderful community here at Point Loma Sports Club, and I hope to inspire you to make your health and longevity a priority each and every day!

COURON MARSELLE

Years of passion and experience in the world of physical fitness and athleticism naturally led me to love my work as a professional Personal Trainer. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and always a continuing student, I combine cutting edge techniques with tried-and-true traditions to help get you strong, fit, flexible and healthy. 

I see myself more than just a Personal Trainer, but also as your coach, ally, guide, and friend. What ever your goals—improved fitness, weight loss, injury recovery, training for an event or a sport, improved self-esteem—I am there with humor, determination, knowledge and commitment. I know that whether you’re new to a physical program, returning after a break, or trying to get past a plateau, it is hard and often confusing to do it alone! ROBBIE ROBINSON

My passion for fitness started when I understood what it was like to overcome adversity within myself. I am a former collegiate baseball player with years of experience in coaching from minor leagues, college and high school levels. Once I was done playing I let myself go and gained 90 pounds. One day I decided enough was enough. I needed to make a change.  I figured out that combining proper nutrition and mixing up my workouts on top of discipline and determination, you could truly achieve your health goals.  Here I am now, I dropped the weight and I am in better shape than when I played baseball.  Achieving my health goals fueled my desire to help others reach their physical, athletic or healthy lifestyle goals. With my education, experience and passion I bring a coach’s mentality to my workouts. Work Hard, Play Hard. I’m ready for any challenge, from losing weight, gaining muscle or getting you to a place that you are comfortable and proud of yourself. We are just a short time away from making you the healthiest and most fit you, you have ever been!

ANNE APODACA

 I have been in the Fitness industry for 15 years, and have enjoyed working all facets of fitness: managing, teaching, training, modeling, competing, and owning my own fitness studio. I have been showcased on the San Diego News multiple times, and have been featured in Women's Running Magazine. My "fit-losphy"; is workout smarter, NOT harder! 

I create innovative workouts and classes to keep fitness fun; while encouraging a positive atmosphere for those around me. Fitness is fun and always evolving, so to be the best; professionals must always be learning and thinking of new ways to inspire and motivate their clients.

What to expect while training with me? I coach a Fit-Lifestyle because fitness truly is a lifestyle. Changing unhealthy habits is key. Dieting is not a solution, yet education is a cure. I will keep you educated, motivated, and inspired to never give up during your transition to a healthier, happier life.


WILLIE EDWARDS

While involved in the fitness industry for many years, I have found my niche in the personal training aspect. Through sharing knowledge, skills, and abilities which I possess, I will have a positive impact on helping you get in shape and better your life the way you vision it.

I have always been involved in sports, fitness, and various styles of martial arts, and will share these and other skills with you along with HIGH levels of energy and motivation. I have found my home here at Point Loma Sports Club, doing what I truly love. I am looking forward to working with you and making YOUR LIFE BETTER than it already is … ALWAYS POSITIVE!!!!

IAN RYAN

I found my love for health and fitness while attending West Virginia University from 2004-2007 and have been hooked ever since. I'm incredibly passionate about helping my clients break through mental roadblocks and achieve their biggest goals in the gym. Whether you're just getting started or looking to take your routine to the next level, I'm dedicated to helping you create a customized roadmap to get you the results you've been looking for. With the right exercise program, you can look and feel better than ever before.

DARLENE JANSSEN

My love for fitness originated at an early age. I was naturally drawn to the outdoors and sports, enjoying the challenge in stretching my abilities and strengths in track, basketball, and dance. My personal experience taught me that growth and development is possible through dedication, consistency, and picking yourself up to try again. 

After college, I was given an excellent opportunity to work side by side with physicians in wellness centers, designing nutrition and exercise protocols for our patients. Through this experience, I realized the joy in working with people to dramatically improve their health and fitness, achieve their ideal weight, and truly change their lives by becoming their own success story!

Working as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Health Coach for over 25 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with thousands of individuals in their quest for fitness. I have found it is important to challenge yourself in a variety of ways in the gym to keep it interesting, fun, and produce results. A truly fit person has abilities in all areas of fitness including strength, flexibility, cardio, and implementing lifestyle habits that support optimum health. Overall my philosophy is simple; to create a life of Balance.

ABE AL-BABA

My absolute passion is paving the way to a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. That passion is deeply rooted from competing in sports such as: football, wrestling, collegiate lacrosse, kickboxing and boxing.

Within the past two years I have really embraced the power of neuroscience. It has given me the ability to rapidly heal pain or enhance athletic performance, and unlock my client's full potential within a few sessions.I thoroughly enjoy developing all populations including USA Olympians, NFL, NBA, UFC and Glory Kickboxing athletes, as well as chronic pain, neurological disorder, and weight loss clientele.

My aim is to provide the brain with the most appropriate input to get amazing output. An individual’s lifestyle, injuries, surgeries, etc. will affect these inputs and usually produce poor outputs. With a thorough assessment, we explore and confirm the input and integration areas that need specific focus to reach each individual’s optimal performance.     DEREK SCOTT

    After competing as a top pole vaulter at USC and spending almost two decades in the gym, I’ve developed a deep intuition for health & fitness. I feel compelled share my passion and lend myself as a tool to help others reach their personal health & fitness goals. Whether the goal is to lose fat, add muscle, or simply to feel good, I have the knowledge and passion it takes to produce changes and see results.   My philosophy is that every human has the potential to achieve their own version of greatness, and that greatness begins within the body. Your relationship with your body affects your senses and perceptions of the world – shaping thoughts and feelings on a moment-to-moment basis.  

    My goal is to help you master your body in order to move though life more freely and openly. Through my own experiences, I can share that fitness doesn’t always have to be hard work, and that exercising healthy habits can be one of the most exciting and rewarding parts of life.
