Sharon moved to San Diego from her hometown of Washington, DC in August 2016. She is AFAA, BASI Pilates, and Xtend Barre certified. Sharon has been involved in the fitness industry since 2003, when she started taking group exercise classes at Northeastern University in Boston. The camaraderie and variety of classes were such a blast, she became a group fitness instructor in spring 2009, while also working full-time in HR and Legal Recruiting for an Intellectual Property law firm. Sharon has taught everything from Pilates and Barre to Bootcamp and Kickboxing to Step and Cycling. As an instructor, Sharon enthusiastically delivers a fun yet challenging experience and encourages her clients to push their limits while offering modifications along the way. Now living on the best coast, Sharon maximizes spending time outside when she's not bringing her infectious energy and passion for fitness to our community!
After ten years of gymnastics, acrobatics and dance, Nina became a personal trainer as well as youth and group fitness instructor through NASM in 2013. Since then she's been working in the field of health and fitness and helping countless people reach their goals through highly efficient workouts. She loves teaching classes that require high energy and loud music, and her positive and genuine personality will leave you feeling warm and welcome. As a current dancer in house and techno, as well as brazilien samba, she absolutely loves feeding off of fast beats and will make you forget you are working out!
