Originally from Indiana, Chelsea moved to San Diego in 2015. After avidly taking spin classes and seeing the results she wanted to help people reach their fitness goals through her passion for spin. With a Bachelors degree in science and a background in nutrition, she takes her knowledge of the human body and applies it to her classes. She enjoys teaching to the beat and pushing her clients to their limits.
Chase is a self-described sweat addict. The "aha" moment came post-college when he realized he needed a new challenge. He went from not being able to run a mile to competing in several half marathons. An injury during training forced Chase to take a lengthy break from running... In came cycling, and the rest is history. Cycling was a way to get a solid workout while minimizing the chances of injury.
Chase believes your limits are defined only by you. In class, you can expect a sweat-filled, intense targeted workout which encompasses climbs, sprints, and hardcore intervals. Chase also uses killer playlists to help you push yourself mentally and physically; while rocking out at the same time.
