Carly fell in love with teaching group fitness over a decade ago; she enjoys being able to design and choreograph her classes to the beat of the music, while making it fun, energetic and challenging. After 12 years on the east coast, Carly is thrilled to be back home doing what she loves most - teaching fitness and empowering others to get out of their comfort zone, have fun, and sweat it out!
Jenna Van Cleve
Jenna is an Ironman All World Athlete and has been competing in triathlons since 2010. She qualified for The Boston Marathon in 2015. She is extremely passionate about fitness, wellness, and healthy living, while also being AFAA certified. Jenna hopes that her goals as a competitive athlete will inspire her students and encourage them to pursue their own fitness goals. Expect her bubbly personality and motivating direction to empower you through each class.
