Through one on one training with our certified personal trainer and professional Muay Thai fighter Willie Edwards, participants will learn proper alignment, technique, and movement patterns in a safe atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with everything you need for training, including heavy bags, gloves, pads, and hand wraps.
