Our group fitness classes are located in our 8,000 square foot Functional Training Arena, equipped with an array of strength training tools including TRX, Kettlebells, Plyo Boxes, Bulgarian Bags, Squat Racks, Resistance Bands, Pull Up Bars, and so much more. Whether you are brand new to working out, an accomplished athlete, or somewhere in between, there’s a perfect group class for everyone.  Our Coaches are all nationally certified trainers with their own creative approaches to group fitness.  They will guide you through carefully planned workouts from start to finish, so you can achieve maximum results without having to think.  Feel the benefits of a team setting without any intimidation; our coaches are here for you and will happily provide modifications or amplifications for exercises whenever needed. Try something new- it may just become a part of your regular strength routine!


Know Before You Go

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. All the equipment you need is provided, just bring water!

(In order: Beginner to advanced)

Express Abs + Glutes: Short on time? Come to express and get everything you need in a quick 30-minute core building session. This class will strengthen and tone all muscle groups associated with your core, with primary focus on abdominal and glute muscles. This will help build a foundation for strength training! Learn what it takes to build all around core strength and how to engage these muscles while you workout. Most of class is done on a mat with minimal equipment, making it accessible for all levels!

Aerobics: Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). This class uses a variety of pieces of functional equipment designed to optimize your workout so you can receive the results you came for. In aerobics, we encourage participants to use lighter weights with more repetitions, so you get cardio and strength training all in one… making it both efficient and effective.

Circuit: Circuits are a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Class utilizes some of our unique functional training equipment, and no class is ever exactly the same. These circuits are designed to target all the major muscle groups of the body while improving cardio endurance and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels, but will always provide a challenging and fun workout.

HIIT: HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This high intensity interval training workout is everything you need for cardio and conditioning. Strength-building exercises are also weaved in throughout, toning all the major muscle groups while elevating the heart rate, building aerobic fitness, speed, and agility.

Cycle/HIIT Split: 30 minutes of Cycle, 30 minutes of HIIT training. The HIIT portion is similar to our full HIIT class Cycle is a fun and exhilarating experience made to build strength, stamina, and cardio. HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This high intensity interval training workout is everything you need for cardio and conditioning. Tone all the major muscle groups while elevating the heart rate, building aerobic fitness, speed, and agility This combo class is all levels, however we recommend trying a performance cycle or core bootcamp before this class if you are new to group exercise.

Athletic Bootcamp: Incorporate strength and conditioning on a variety of functional training equipment. Class will include plyometrics, calisthenics, functional training, and core based movements. This class is advanced. We recommend trying a level one class if you are newer to group fitness classes.
