Know Before You Go

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. All the equipment you need is provided, just bring water!

(In order: Beginner to advanced)

Express Core Bootcamp: Each 30-minute class will strengthen and tone all muscle groups associated with your core. Learn what it takes to build all around core strength and how to engage these muscles while you workout. This class is for all levels and a great intorduction to our bootcamps.

Total Body Bootcamp: This class is unique circuit, always taught by one of our nationally certified personal trainers. Class design is crafted to target all the major muscle groups of the body while improving cardio endurance and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels, but will always provide a challenging and fun workout.

BodyPump: This 55-minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome insructors, and all the results you came for. This class uses a quick change barbell, but you control how much weight you have on it, making this class fantastic for all levels.

TRX Circuit: A dynamic workout using the TRX Suspension trainer as well as a few other pieces of functional training equipment. Strengthen and stabilize are the goals here. The TRX can be used to strengthen any area of the body, so this class is a great way to learn exercises to complement your current strength and conditioning routines. Suitable for any level.

Kettlebell Circuit: Work on toning and strengthening the whole body with kettlebells! Through this class, participants will learn the many ways to utilize kettlebells in a functional workout. The circuit style will showcase an array of new exercises to implement into your fitness routines. All levels.

Cycle/TRX Combo: 30 minutes of Cycle, 30 minutes of TRX suspension training. The TRX portion is similar to our TRX Circuit class.

Cardio Kickboxing: Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Athletic Intensity Bootcamp: Incorporate strength and cardioning on a variety of functional training equipment. Class will include plyometrics, calisthenics, functional training, and core based movements. This class is level 2. We recommend trying a level one class if you are newer to group exercise.
