Know Before You Go

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. All the equipment you need is provided, just bring water!

BodyPump: This 55-minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts, and Curls. Great music, awesome insructors, and all the results you came for. This class uses a barbell, but you control how much weight you have on it, making this class fantastic for all levels.

CoreBlast: Each 30-minute class will strengthen and tone all muscle groups associated with your core. Learn what it takes for all around core strength and how to engage these muscles while you workout. This class is for all levels and a great intorduction to our bootcamps.

TRX Circuit: A dynamic workout using the TRX Suspension trainer as well as a few other pieces of functional training equipment to create a workout of strength and stabilization. The TRX can be used to strengthen any area of the body, so this class is a great way to learn some exercisesto complement your strength and conditioning workouts. Suitable for any level.

Rhythm Cycle/TRX: 30 minutes of Rhythm Cycle, 30 minutes of TRX suspension training. The TRX portion is similar to our TRX Circuit class.

Bulgarian Bag: A unique way to improve strength, endurance, balance and coordination. The bag can be used as a free weight in various simple and dynamic movements like pushing, spinning, swinging and rotating and can be added to one's body weightto perform jumps, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and power crunchess. All levels.

Athletic Bootcamp: Incorporate strength and cardiousing functional training equipment. Class will include plyometrics, calisthenics, functional, and core based movement. This class is level 2. We recommend trying a different first if you are newer to group exercise.

Total Body Bootcamp: This class is unique circuit, always taught by one of our nationally certified personal trainers. Class design is crafted to target all the major muscle groups of the body while improving cardio endurance and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels, but will always provide a challenging and fun workout.
