Bike to the beat of our hand-picked tracks in a sequence tailored to take you on a journey that’s as challenging as it is thrilling. Our tiered indoor cycling studio holds 30 TECHNOGYM indoor bicycles, each equipped with personal data monitors so participants can watch their progress. After class, all spin class data can be saved and stored through the "My Wellness App"; track your progress and achieve your personal best every single ride. Our studio also has a TV display of cycle statistics, keeping the class interactive and results-driven. Our state-of-the-art audio, video, and LED lighting technology creates an experience like no other; some call it a party-on-a-bike, others call it the worlds best cardio workout.

Know Before You Go

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early for class. Bike reservations are made in person at the front desk, so the earlier you arrive, the more open bikes you have to choose from. Lockers are available right outside the studio to place all belongings & all you need for class is water. You have the option to bring cycling shoes with SPD clips, or any sturdy regular running shoe.

Performance Cycle: Power Cycle is designed to feel like an outdoor ride with 'hills' and 'sprints'. Focus and attention is placed on cadence, watts, resistance levels, and riding posture to maximize results and efficiency. This class is great for all levels and a great way to do cardio in a safe, non-impactful way.

Cycle/HIIT Split: 30 minutes of Cycle, 30 minutes of HIIT training. The HIIT portion is similar to our full HIIT class Cycle is a fun and exhilarating experience made to build strength, stamina, and cardio. HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This high intensity interval training workout is everything you need for cardio and conditioning. Tone all the major muscle groups while elevating the heart rate, building aerobic fitness, speed, and agility This combo class is all levels, however we recommend trying a performance cycle or core bootcamp before this class if you are new to group exercise.

Rhythm Cycle: Rhythm Cycle is a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling experience. This class will incorporate full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing. Plan to optimize your strength, coordination, focus, and endurance. This class is very dynamic, we recommend trying a Performance Cycle class first if you are new to cycling.
